It's almost over! The end is so near I can taste it on my tongue, a palpable savouring flavour of sweet, humid nights and the bitter sting of ocean air. So so close.

And yet, not close enough. Somehow, yet again, I have overbooked my summer with a myriad of ridiculous things that I honestly just want to flush down the metaphorical toilet where all people send their scrapped plans and say "Screw this, I'm going to the beach!" but... Well, obviously, this isn't going to happen as I've already put the deposit down for summer classes. Because I am just that into S&M. -_____________- Not.

I've been so inspired lately, though. You'd be surprised what winning one contest can do to you. Someone looking at work without knowing anything about you and saying "Huh, you've got a modicum of talent here. You have potential. Let's let the world know." Not that dA doesn't do this, mind, but there are professionals saying this, here. (No offense to anyone who I am fortunate enough to be able to say actually likes my work. xD) Anyway, hope you're enjoying the results of my inspiration high. Hopefully it lasts the summer.

And now, it's about midnight and I am still awake for no apparent reason, per usual. Or rather, more like I'm working/reading because I have no life. xD Off to procrastinate!




**Oh, and don't ask how I got myself into this, but if you want a free sketch comment and I'll get to it sometime. xD You're technically supposed to repost this again, to carry on the goodwill and all, but it's not like I'd ever know. Or maybe I would. *shrugs* So yeah, if any 10 suckers care enough to ask for one, go ahead. I'm pretty sure I'm the only person dumb enough to sign myself up for this type of thing though. xD**
